Nintendo Screaming Deals 2026: what is discounted and what is not

Confirmed sale window and where to shop

Nintendo published the Screaming Deals announcement October 20, 2026. It covers select digital Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch games and downloadable content (DLC) from Nintendo.com or Nintendo eShop on the compatible system. The published end is October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Use Nintendo's official Screaming Deals collection to see which listings are actually eligible.

Check platform, edition and included content

A Nintendo Switch game listing, a Switch 2 edition and a DLC bundle may have different compatibility, features and prices. Match the device owned by the recipient, game edition, download region and included content before comparing. Nintendo specifies that DLC requires the full game, which is sold separately.

A game discount is not a console deal

This particular promotion is for selected digital games and DLC. It does not announce a markdown on Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, console bundles, controllers or physical games. Keep the separate Nintendo Switch 2 hardware watch on the shopping list; compare the console-only offer against any bundle's included game or accessories when actual retailer offers appear.

Do not assume a blanket percentage or fixed list

The official October 20 article confirms a promotion but gives no single percentage applying to every title. A game in the sale collection has its own price, discount and potentially its own end date. Check the individual Nintendo listing at purchase time and do not confuse an October price with a November 30 Cyber Monday price.

Buying and gifting checklist

Before buying, confirm the correct Nintendo Account, country or region, system compatibility, online download requirements, available storage and whether the title is already owned. Digital purchases have different fulfillment and refund considerations from boxed gifts; consult Nintendo's current purchase and refund policies rather than assuming a physical-item return window.

What to track next for Cyber Monday

Cyber Monday 2026 falls on November 30. Watch official Nintendo notices and major authorized retailers for console, bundle, accessory and game promotions. Save exact SKU or bundle composition, current price, stock, seller, warranty and checkout total. No November 30 discount has been confirmed by the Screaming Deals announcement.
