LG Black Friday 2026 price guarantee: which TV models qualify and how refunds work
LG is advertising up to 45% off select televisions and soundbars and a narrowly defined direct-from-LG price guarantee. Here is how to check the exact model and refund conditions.
Two different benefits: sale prices and a later refund
LG currently advertises up to 45% off selected LG.com TVs and premium LG soundbars through November 1. Its separate Black Friday Price Guarantee protects only eligible direct LG.com purchases made October 19 through November 1 if LG.com subsequently lowers the identical eligible model's pretax sale price during October 19 through November 30. This is a published manufacturer promotion, not a blanket 45% discount for every TV or a verified specific model's checkout total.
The nine eligible model identifiers
LG's official eligible products are OLED83C6HUP, OLED77C6HUP, OLED65C6PUA, OLED55C6PUA, 75QNED8MBAA, 65QNED8MBAA, SC9S, S70TY and S90TR. Match the COMPLETE manufacturer model ID on the listing and receipt; a 65-inch versus 55-inch variant or a differently suffixed OLED is not automatically covered. LG.com versus other retailers
The guarantee covers reductions on LG.com for the identical product, NOT later prices at Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, Walmart, or a third-party seller. It is not general price matching and does not compare a manufacturer's sale price to MSRP. LG's written protection refers to the pre-tax sale price, so do not use shipping, installation or sales tax as the price-difference basis.
Automatic refunds and timing
LG's published terms state eligible differences are refunded automatically to the original payment method, generally two to three weeks after the promotional period ends or delivery, whichever happens later. Processing can take longer. Save the order confirmation, exact SKU, purchase date and payment method; keep a copy of the LG.com promotion terms for your records.
Free installation is not universal
The manufacturer's marketing mentions free installation on SELECT models only. Check the installation offer, mount and disposal requirements, delivery location, installation dates and any checkout extras separately. A free-installation headline is not evidence that your specific order qualifies.
A careful buy-now-versus-wait decision
Do not use LG's price guarantee to justify an unwanted purchase. Check whether your exact model is eligible, whether the purchase is actually directly from LG.com by Nov 1, whether the current price fits your budget and whether its delivery and return policy works for you. Waiting until Nov 30 may risk inventory; purchasing early still does not guarantee a competitor's price or a broader refund.
Record an eligible LG TV on your watch list
Write down the exact eligible model (for example OLED65C6PUA), today's actual pre-tax LG.com price if you independently check it, purchase date, shipment expectation and qualifying terms. Review the manufacturer source again for changes; this site does not independently trigger a refund or monitor LG pricing.
