Before you rely on a deadline
Check the exact item's official delivery estimate, returns eligibility, condition requirements and the retailer's return process. An advertised holiday return window may exclude particular products.
The FTC says most online sellers must ship by their stated time (or generally within 30 days if none is stated), and must address qualifying delays. That is different from a guarantee that a package reaches your door by a holiday.
