WALMART · VERIFIED OCT 26 DATES ·
Walmart's 2026 holiday sale calendar: early access, Black Friday and Cyber Monday
Walmart confirmed three holiday events through December 2. Plan which days to check, understand the limited Walmart+ early-access rules, and avoid treating a date announcement as a product discount.
The verified dates and online opening times
Walmart's October 26 corporate announcement lists Early Black Friday November 12–15 (Walmart.com begins Nov 12 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern; stores open at 6 a.m. local), Black Friday November 23–29 (Walmart.com begins Nov 23 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern; stores at 6 a.m. local), and Cyber Monday November 30–December 2 (online begins Nov 30 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern). Walmart has not published a single Cyber Monday end-hour in this announcement.
What Walmart+ actually gets early
Walmart+ members get first-day early access to SELECT hot Deal drops at the beginning of the Nov 12 and Nov 23 sales; remaining eligible items open to all customers at 12:01 a.m. Eastern the next day, Nov 13 and Nov 24 respectively. This does not mean all sale items require Walmart+, and Walmart did not say the same advance-access rule applies to the Nov 30 Cyber Monday event.
Gifts under $20 do not mean a Cyber Monday discount
Walmart highlights thousands of gifts under $20 and a holiday Top Toys assortment including 25 toys under $25. These are retailer assortment and price-positioning claims, not verified markdowns for any named product, model, quantity or region on November 30. Keep an item on your list until its exact product page confirms the current price.
Three practical shopping checkpoints
On November 12 check early-event items and any hot Deal drops requiring membership; on November 23 revisit exact models for Black Friday; on November 30 start again with the dedicated online Cyber Monday event. Saving a screenshot/notes of the earlier price and exact SKU may help compare but is not proof that a later markdown or inventory will repeat.
Separate the membership economics
Walmart's separate Oct 20 announcement offers the Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus combined membership at $120/year. It is a recurring membership, not an entitlement to every hot Deal drop nor a guarantee of a lower effective price. If you must purchase or upgrade a membership to access an offer, compare its actual incremental cost against relevant benefits.
Before buying: confirm the seller and full cost
Verify the exact product model, variant, whether Walmart or a Marketplace seller fulfills it, item price, shipping, pickup/ZIP eligibility, estimated delivery, membership eligibility, returns, taxes and any per-household limits. Walmart's announcement does not guarantee product stock or a universal holiday shipping cutoff.
Where to follow the original announcement
Use the official Walmart corporate October 26 release for the published schedule and terms. When sale events open, verify the live item page or cart before publishing a verified individual product offer. This guide reflects announcement data checked October 26, not automatic stock or deal tracking.
